The production of aluminum alloy tube profiles primarily relies on extrusion methods, with forward extrusion and reverse extrusion being the most widely used techniques. The standard manufacturing process for extruded aluminum alloy pipes and profiles involves billet heating, extrusion, and finishing. For heat-treatable strengthened aluminum alloys, additional quenching and aging treatments are required.
In the case of aluminum alloy wire, the production process consists of hot extrusion, followed by annealing, stretching, heat treatment, and final finishing.
