Our small-diameter CNG welded tubes are critical components in the safe and efficient routing of gas throughout the system:
  • High-Pressure Fuel Lines: Connecting the cylinder valve manifold to the pressure regulator (PRD). These tubes must withstand full system pressure (typically 200 bar).
  • Low-Pressure Lines: Carrying regulated gas from the PRD to the engine fuel rail or mixer.
  • Instrumentation & Control Lines: Used for pressure sensor connections, valve control lines, and gauge lines within the fuel delivery module.
  • Refueling Receptacle Plumbing: Internal tubing connecting the refueling receptacle to the system.
  • Interconnection Piping: Linking multiple cylinders in a bank within the vehicle storage system.
