Hydraulic Pipe

Our hydraulic pipe mainly are cold drawn or cold roll precision seamless pipes or welding pipes ,can be used for hydraulic cylinders, industry Jacks, automotive shock absorbers, and others. The tolerance can be minimized to +/-0.02mm, +/-0.015 for the Inner diameter. Material can be carbon and alloy steel. We can also apply it to hone for the inner surface. Good mechanical performance and good inner surface condition. Ra can reach 0.3um.

Product Details

Delivery condition:

Delivery conditions:  Precision tubes are delivered in following conditions (first symbol lists previous designation, the new one according to EN is in brackets):
BK (+C) Cold finished/hard (cold finished as drawn).
No heat treatment after last cold forming process.
BKW (+LC) Cold finished/soft (lightly cold worked).
After last heat treatment there is a light finishing pass (cold drawing).
BKS (+SR) Cold finished/stress relieve annealed.
After the final cold forming process the tubes are stress relieve annealed.
GBK (+A) Annealed.
After the final cold forming process the tubes are annealed in a controlled atmosphere.
NBK (+N) Normalized.
After the final cold forming process the tubes are annealed above the upper transformation point in a controlled atmosphere.
 
Tests: all tubes are checked according to the relevant production standard;supplementary/optional tests are available on request; chemical mechanical and   technological tests are made according to relevant standard
 
Certificates: according to EN 10204 3.1
